A new field for Roberts! Thanks to your donations at last year’s Fun Run, the field plans are complete and await permitting. Work will begin this summer as not to interfere with school time. Our children will get far more use of the field with the major drainage improvements to alleviate water ponding. The plans include: new, larger gutters around the covered area that will tie into underground drainage under the whole field; a new, continuous track; updates to the stage area; a new baseball backstop; a new sprinkler system; more benches and sitting areas; proper grading and new sod.
